SacIPA is budding organization. We seek committed leaders who believe in servant leadership, as opposed to hierarchical management chains. This is a voluntary organization, with no “president”, but simply “directors”. If you can accept that concept and step up to the needs of the organization as it comes, sincerely and dedicatedly, you have place in our team.
When it comes to managing our daily activities, we have a concept of primary owners and secondary owners to the following tasks. A director is primarily responsible for one of the following tasks. All directors are secondary owners to these tasks and will assist the primary owner.
